Anyone who applies for a Maine driver's license from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or renews a Maine driver's license can agree to be an organ donor as part of the application and renewal process. It doesn't cost anything, and it's optional.

Download a generic Donor Card from Here: http://www.shareyourlife.org/downloadables/pdf/become_donor_card.pdf. Sign the card with two family members as witnesses, and carry your card with you.
