The most popular way to become an organ donor is by going to your West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles local office. Becoming an organ donor is simple. All you have to do is check "yes" on your WV driver's license or photo ID application form, or on your license or ID renewal form. Anyone can sign to become a donor, yet those under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
